General Laborer – Pick & Pack

Location: Jersey City

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our warehouse team in Jersey City, NJ. Employees will be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shoes and other materials for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack shoes, apparel, and other warehouse materials accurately
• Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
• Label, scan, and organize products
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must be punctual and dependable
